The Boyceville Community School District Board of Education voted Dec. 3 to accept a Phase 2 Bid Package presented by Alex Larson of CESA 10 covering a suite of facility projects, including Tech Ed general trades, electrical work and a high-school generator, HVAC for Tech Ed and middle-school wrestling areas, flooring, the TCE gym floor, bus garage repairs, site driveways and painting. The board acted at a special meeting that followed a work-session presentation; the motion to accept the bid package was made by Board Member Ben Mrdutt and seconded by Sharon Formoe and "motion carried."
Alex Larson told the board that "Exterior doors and windows are scheduled to be completed by December 31," and that middle-school gym work is expected to be completed in summer 2027. The board also reviewed Phase 2 flooring options and selected VCT and terrazzo for the projects. The acceptance of the bid package authorizes the district to proceed with the Phase 2 scope as presented by CESA 10.
