Board members also pressed the district about a facilities double-booking that left youth baseball and softball without a previously requested slot. The superintendent said the facilities team prioritized the earlier requests; "it was a complete miss, on the facilities use team," and acknowledged such errors can occur. He added that a scheduled drum group would provide "almost an $8,000 contribution to the district" for the booking.
