Board adopts South Coast ESD Local Service Plan; Adaptive Life Skills placed at 2CJ

Board member Carol Hacherl moved adoption and Angel Ashdown seconded; the motion passed with all five board members voting in favor. The adoption formalizes the district's participation in services coordinated through South Coast ESD for special education and related programs.
