The South Williamsport Area School Board met on Nov. 3, 2025, and approved routine financial and personnel business by unanimous roll call votes. The board approved payment of bills “as funds become available” that together amounted to $1,818,703.16 across the General, Food Service, Capital Reserve and GO Bond funds (General Fund $1,383,799.48; Food Service $74,061.99; Capital Reserve $138,423.79; GO Bond 2023 $9,539.10; GO Bond 2024 $212,878.80). The September 2025 Treasurer's Report was also approved.
Board members moved and seconded motions throughout the meeting: Bukeavich moved to approve the treasurer's report (seconded by Miller); Bachman moved to approve the bills (seconded by Brigandi); minutes of Oct. 6, 2025, were approved on a motion by Miller, seconded by Hitesman. All recorded roll calls on these items were unanimous (Bachman, Brigandi, Bukeavich, Engel, Hitesman, Lewis, Miller, Rupert voting yes). The meeting opened at 6:00 PM and adjourned at 6:52 PM.
