South Williamsport Area SD approves July treasurer's report and $4.2M in bills across multiple funds

The board voted to approve the July 2025 Treasurer's Report on a motion by Bachman and second by Rupert; the motion passed by roll call. Separately, the board approved payment of bills from the General Fund ($2,059,047.15), Food Service Fund ($138,926.05), Capital Reserve Fund ($38,095.00), GO Bond 2023 ($455,864.98) and GO Bond 2024 ($1,505,327.75) on a motion by Hitesman and second by Bukeavich; roll call was recorded as unanimous and the motion carried.
Board members did not attach additional conditions to the payments at the meeting. Approval of the minutes from the July 14, 2025 meeting also passed unanimously.
