Superintendent Eric Briggs informed the board he accepted letters of resignation from two staff members: Michael Allison, who submitted a retirement effective June 5, 2026 from his 7th grade science position, and Karrie Tillotson, who submitted a resignation effective Jan. 9, 2026 from a Learning Support Teacher position. The minutes record those resignations as accepted; no replacement hires were recorded during the meeting.
The board approved employment actions for the 2025-26 school year, including certified substitute Rhandie Jessel and a roster of athletic volunteers. Bocce volunteers approved included Kristin Bastian, Kim Bollinger, Eric Briggs, Kalyn Erb, Emma Harrington, Halle Sharp, Althea Street, Becky Swinehart, Jodi Woleslagle and Dwight Woodley; Piper Minier was approved as a varsity girls basketball volunteer. The motion to approve employment and volunteers passed unanimously.
