Those listed included Sandra Watkins (36 years, Learning Support), Regina Horwat (24 years, Guidance), Michele Pearce (33 years, Guidance), Jeremy Cattau (32 years, Agriculture), Pamela Martz (28 years, Elementary Education) and Howard Cattau (27 years, Agriculture). The board recorded acceptance of these retirements by unanimous vote.
The board approved hiring Shannon Dusack as a staff accountant at a salary of $55,000 and approved Dr. Lindsay Parks to serve as the district's school physician at a $2,500 retainer for 2025–2026. The board also approved several leaves (educational and maternity), added named substitutes and added Dennis Richards to the contracted bus driver list. All personnel actions were approved Aye:8 Nay:0 Abstain:0 Absent:1.
