The motion to approve the minutes and financial reports was moved by Ms. Young and seconded by Mr. Hankinson; the board recorded an 8-0 vote in favor. The approvals concluded the meeting’s opening financial housekeeping and allowed the board to proceed to the rest of the agenda.
