Darlington board OKs 2% teacher pay increase, $400 December bonus

"Motion by Riechers, seconded by Fink, to approve 2026-2027 teacher salaries at a 2% increase with a $400 December bonus," the minutes record; the motion carried.
Board members tabled further action on pay for unused sick days at retirement and on the extra-curricular pay scale. The minutes do not list a dollar cost for the salary package or any separate vote tally; motions were recorded as carried.
