The board also approved Monday, May 28, 2025 as the date for School Nurse Beth Ann Calahan to schedule year‑end physicals at Midland Elementary‑Middle School, and approved a request from Dana Corradi to reserve the football field at 13th Street for the Annual MITCS Field Day on May 30, 2025 from about 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All motions passed with all members present voting yes.
