Daniel Doyle moved and Stephanie Pennington seconded motions to approve the MBSD Balance Sheet, the Statement of Revenues, Expenditures, and Changes in Fund Balance, and the Statement of Revenues, Expenditures, and Changes in Fund Balance — Budget and Actual, each for the year ended March 31, 2025. Each of those motions also passed with all members present voting yes. The approvals were routine fiscal actions to document the district’s financial position at the end of March; the board noted these items in advance of its next regular meeting scheduled for May 12, 2025.
