The Midland Board approved letters of intent to retire from four faculty members effective at the end of the 2024–2025 school year: Connie Kampian, Pamela Scabilloni, Eric Susich and Rosemarie Zuppe. "Motion by Mr. McShane and seconded by Mr. Vuckovich that the Board approve the letters of Intent to Retire from the following District faculty effective at the end of the 2024-2025 school year: Ms. Connie Kampian, Ms. Pamela Scabilloni, Mr. Eric Susich, Ms. Rosemarie Zuppe," the minutes record; the motion passed with all members present voting yes.
The board also approved two facility-use requests: Brittney Miller, Director of The Center, received permission to use the Midland gymnasium for a free basketball camp July 14–18, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; The Center will arrange insurance through Church Mutual and list Midland Borough SD as "other insured." The Holiness Church of Christ Deliverance Center was approved to host a 3-on-3 basketball tournament on July 5, 2025 and was informed of a $50 per hour rental fee. Both facility-use motions passed unanimously.
