Board members also approved the Northern Tier Career Center proposed 2026–27 General Fund Operating Budget, accepted a no-cost agreement with Mac’s Driving Academy to provide optional behind-the-wheel training for qualifying students, approved a tax appeal settlement with Towanda PA Holding, LLC for parcel 62-087.07-004-000-000 in Wysox Township, and approved a $3,500 per year cost structure for the Towanda Golf Club’s use by the district golf team. All motions passed by voice vote.
