John Hennessy moved, seconded by Brady Finogle, to approve several contracts and agreements on Oct. 21, 2024. The action approved a contract with Henry Dunn, Inc. for 2024 Affordable Care Act reporting services at a cost of $3,000 and an MOU with the Towanda Area Education Support Personnel Association to reclassify the Assistant to the Principal of Academic Affairs position.
The board also approved an agreement with the Towanda Area Education Association to compensate the Dean of Students at $50 per day for the remainder of the 2024/25 school year. The motion passed by voice vote, "all in favor, motion passed 8-0-0-1," according to the minutes. The minutes list these agreements as attachments but do not include the full contract text.
