The Oregon Trail School District 46 Board met Feb. 9, 2026, in the Sandy High lecture room and unanimously approved a package of routine actions, including out-of-state travel for two Sandy High athletics/activities teams and a cellular tower equipment co-location agreement. Superintendent Aaron Bayer highlighted district academic performance during his report, citing "the OTSD graduation rate of 96.3%" and thanking parents, teachers and staff for their efforts.
Vice-Chair Paula Siverly moved to approve the Jan. 12, 2026 minutes and the consent agenda; the motions carried unanimously with Board Chair Robert Lee, Vice-Chair Siverly, Board Members Jeff Michael, Randy Carmony and Jeffery Grandi recorded as voting yes. The board also set two upcoming meetings: an OTA Board meeting March 3, 2026 (Zoom) and the next school board meeting March 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sandy High lecture room.
