The Oregon Trail School District 46 School Board met Jan. 12, 2026, and unanimously approved the minutes from its Dec. 8, 2025 meeting. The motion to approve the minutes was made by Board Member Randy Carmony and seconded by Vice‑Chair Paula Siverly; all board members present voted yes. The board recorded attendance and noted one absence (Board Member Jeffery Grandi).
The board also approved the consent agenda, which trustees said included routine items: a check register review, changes to financial statements since Dec. 8, 2025, and personnel updates. The consent agenda motion was moved by Carmony and seconded by Marie Teune and passed unanimously. The meeting minutes list Tim Belanger as presenting check register and financial statement changes and Ken Bucchi as presenting personnel changes.
