In a linked action, the board approved a district-wide reconfiguration that will make Central Elementary grades K–5 and convert the junior/senior high to a 6–12 configuration, effective with the 2025–26 school year. That reconfiguration motion, moved by Brigandi and seconded by Rupert, carried with President Todd Engel recorded as the lone 'no' vote. The board also approved a McKinley Architecture proposal for a feasibility study of the Rommelt Building at an approximate cost of $22,500 to inform next steps on the facility.
