The Marion Center Area School Board approved personnel actions including adding Jodi Rummel (instructional assistant) and Robin DeHaven (lifeguard) to the district substitute list. The board also approved hiring Andrew Nelson as a special education teacher at a salary of $55,180 and hiring Paulina Burns as a special education supervisor at a salary of $108,000.
Additionally, the board approved unpaid day requests from Gaylene Cramer for Feb. 12–13 and from Ashley Hall for Jan. 8–9, 2025. Each personnel action was approved by unanimous vote recorded in the minutes.
