Board approves Northwest Regional ESD local service plan that funds shared services and grant support

After discussion of county-specific CTE items, the board approved a resolution authorizing continued participation in the 2026–27 ESD local service plan.
The presentation stressed that smaller districts often rely on ESD services (for example, contracted speech or occupational therapy) because they cannot staff all specialties locally. The board approved the resolution by voice vote.
