The board first approved the meeting agenda. Coral Sadler moved to approve the agenda as presented; Brian Taylor seconded and the motion carried with four yeas and three absences (Katherine Davidson, Jason Haag, Chuck Mattocks). Later the board voted to approve "2026-2027 Resolution #1" to correct the tax rate after staff identified a clerical discrepancy on the published taxing document; that resolution also passed 4–0 with three absences.
The board held the meeting virtually, heard brief remarks from Superintendent Jeff Roberts and Business Manager Toni Vandershule about the tax-rate discrepancy, and adjourned at 8:06 a.m.
