The Darlington Community School District Board of Education voted March 17 to hold a closed session under Wisconsin law to discuss the personal history of an individual. Board President Bob Hermanson called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m., and the board voted to move into closed session on a motion by Stacy Gratz that was seconded by Stauffacher.
"Motion by Gratz, seconded by Stauffacher, to go into Closed Session under Wis. Stat. S. 19.85(1)(f), to discuss personal history of an individual which, if discussed in public, may have an adverse effect on that individual. Motion carried unanimously." The board later returned to open session on a motion by Gratz, seconded by Zuberbuhler, and resumed public business before adjourning at 5:21 p.m.
