The board authorized the Superintendent to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Child Development, Inc., the Head Start grantee, to coordinate services for children and families from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. That agreement will be reviewed annually.

The motion to authorize signatures for the PSBA contract passed on a roll call vote.
Separately, the board approved a Builders Risk insurance policy through Builders Risk Selective Insurance for the high school solar and roof project covering May 15, 2026 through July 30, 2027 at a premium of $11,372.00. The minutes record the purchase as a roll call‑approved motion.
