Board approval came by roll‑call vote with all members recorded as in favor. The agreement was presented as a single‑year placement contract; the board did not authorize any additional funding beyond the per‑diem amounts specified. The district indicated the contract applies only to placements at the Cressona campus and is subject to usual placement and attendance procedures.
