Board renews Keysolution contracts and OKs AIU agreement for Medicaid ACCESS

Director of Pupil Services Dr. Robert Isherwood presented renewals of multiple contracts with Keysolution to provide psychologists, an elementary social worker and mental health liaison, a Transition Coordinator, nursing services for special‑education students, social worker services and transportation for AEDY‑program students at Longmore Academy. The board approved the renewals as presented.
The board also approved entering an agreement with the Allegheny Intermediate Unit (AIU) for 2026–27 to help manage the Medicaid ACCESS reimbursement program. The action was presented as a service agreement for reimbursement management and was approved by roll call vote.
