Staff told the Morrow County School District Board on Aug. 11 that the district will continue to maintain a financial management plan aligned with state and federal funding trends and reaffirmed board support for the district bond as it moves into design/build. The statement was included in Goal 2 of the proposed 2025–26 board goals presented by staff member Matt Combe.
Board members discussed the language briefly and described the discussion as positive; the draft goals — including the financial management language and bond support — will be presented for adoption at the Sept. 8 board meeting. The minutes record the work session starting at 5:31 p.m. and adjourning at 5:45 p.m.
