Planning board asks Moheaggan View applicant for revised maps, responses before public hearing

The Lumberland Planning Board reviewed a subdivision application for "Moheaggan View" and asked the applicant to return with updated maps and responses to reviewer comments before the board will set a public hearing. A committee member said the board could reach an "agreement in principle" but made clear that final action is contingent on completing road work and required permits.

Bren, who identified themself as the representative for Mohean Lake Friends, described map revisions and said the project team would respond to engineering comments. "We come to an agreement in principle that's of course contingent on fulfilling building the road and getting the se permit," a committee member said during the exchange. Board members emphasized that the map shown at the public hearing must be accurate so the public can review the exact proposal.

Staff asked the applicant and engineer to ensure reviewer John Fuller's comments are addressed so the board can present the correct map at a future hearing. The board confirmed that members will vote independently on any formal action once materials are complete. The applicant was instructed to coordinate with planning staff on next steps and to provide the updated drawings prior to any public notice.
