Board debates one-time 2% bonus for comp-board-funded employees; decision deferred to July

No decision was made; board members asked staff to return materials at the July meeting and, if the majority decides to proceed, to advertise a public hearing and draft the required ordinance. "To that end, my question back to us now is does the county board of supervisors want to do it at all?" a staff member asked, and members agreed to delay action to allow review of detailed numbers.
