A motion to approve payment of the bills as presented was made by Mr. Myers, seconded and carried without objections.
The board also reviewed year‑to‑date general fund and tax summaries and voted to approve budgetary transfers for December 2025 as presented. The board combined personnel action items 9A–9F into a single consent motion and approved them unanimously by voice vote as recorded at the meeting.
