Dean Hay moved and David Tannehill seconded the resolution to seek the grant; all board members present voted in the affirmative. The resolution designates Dr. Nicole Dice, the district superintendent, and Megan Barlow as the officials authorized to execute all documents related to the application.
The board's secretary, Amanda Younkin, certified the resolution and recorded it in the district minutes. The measure does not itself obligate district matching cash beyond the resolution language that indicated a 25%/75% split in the grant program guidance; further steps will be required if the Commonwealth Financing Authority awards the grant.
