Library geothermal project near completion; funding mostly from external sources, board notes $10,000 local contribution

A speaker updated the board that the library's geothermal project is nearly complete and that most funding comes from state sources, foundations and a federal tax credit, leaving a roughly $10,000 contribution from the local club noted in the discussion. "If everything goes according to plan, we are ... fully funded to 100% paid for outside the community except for the $10,000 the leak club fund contribute there in the community," the speaker said.
