Board names First Commonwealth Bank for district accounts, approves solicitor at $135/hour and tax-processing contract

Both motions passed 9–0.
The board also approved retaining Attorney Louis "Lou" Perrotta as the district solicitor for 2026–27 at a rate of $135 per hour with no retainer. In addition, the board approved an agreement with Infocon Corporation for tax processing services for the 2026 tax year. All motions were recorded as carried 9–0 in the minutes.
