The board accepted a selection committee’s recommendation to issue a notice of intent to award construction-manager-general-contractor (CMGC) phase‑1 services for summer 2025 capital projects to Pro Camp and Jagger Construction for $11,848.
"The selection committee... met this morning and reviewed the summary of the scoring and the recommendation... the committee is recommending the selection... to issue a notice of intent to award for the CMGC phase one services to Pro Camp and Jagger in the amount of $11,848," said Brian Hardbec, who presented the capital projects item and described the committee’s scoring of three proposals.
Board members said the recommended contractor had worked on recent summer projects including last year’s softball field; staff described planned summer work as adding elementary parking and enclosing open space at the secondary school to create additional classroom space. The district moved the item through a formal motion and voice vote; the motion carried.
