The minutes note that alternative cycles of three to five years were discussed and state, "Once the process has been completed, the committee will use a five year cycle to review policies dependant on the year they were adopted." The committee did not adopt a final change at the meeting; it directed that expectations be clarified in the policy text and recommended forwarding revised language for first reading by the full board.
