The Darlington Community School District Personnel Committee met on Feb. 11, 2026. Chairperson Bob Hermanson called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.; Cale Jackson acknowledged notice and a roll call recorded members present (Hermanson, Rick Fink, Jeff Stauffacher, Jeff Riechers and Cale Jackson) and one absence (Val Bryson).
The committee approved the minutes from the April 7, 2025 Personnel Committee meeting on a motion by Jeff Riechers, seconded by Rick Fink; "Motion carried," the minutes state. Riechers again moved, with Fink seconding, to adopt the agenda as presented; that motion carried as well.
After conducting an executive session for negotiations on 2026–27 teacher salaries, the committee returned to open session and then adjourned at 5:05 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Cale Jackson.
