Chair Jolene Marchand said concerns "should be shared with Ron: He should meet with the spring coaches and go through the athletic handbook and their contracts. Their evaluations need to be completed each season. Also, she wants to know what happens if a coach misses a game, or is absent."
Later in the meeting the board selected track uniforms to order because there were not enough students for a softball team. Jarae Cate moved to approve the track uniforms and Anna Vargas seconded; the minutes record the motion carried. The board also discussed student activities more broadly—ASB college‑prep work, prom planning and off‑campus lunch considerations were raised in reports.
