On Feb. 24, 2026, the Nespelem School District Board of Directors approved payroll and accounts‑payable warrants covering two payroll warrant ranges and two AP warrant ranges. Board member Nancy Armstrong‑Montes moved to approve the warrants; Jarae Cate seconded and the motion carried.
Business Manager Nikkie Maceda provided the monthly fund balances for January. Maceda reported: "General Fund $6,701,993.63, Capital Projects $362,676.76, Debt Services $0.00, ASB $23,944.18 and Transportation $129,385.03." Board members had no further questions. The approved payroll warrants totaled $340,882.31; AP warrants totaled $408,697.10, for a combined $749,579.41 approved on the consent agenda.
The board briefly noted the warrant number ranges approved: payroll warrants #52193–#52236 & #52256 and 9000001925–9000001996, and AP warrants #52165–#52192 & #52237–#52255. No additional budget amendments were proposed during the meeting.
