The motion to ratify the bills was made by James O'Brien, Jr., seconded by Dr. Cynthia Lubinsky, and recorded as all in favor.
The board also authorized the superintendent to sign a GASB 75 valuation and related services agreement effective Jan. 1, 2025, and approved a three-year contract with Professional School Photography (PSP) covering 2025–2028 for school photos. The minutes show these financial and administrative approvals were carried on voice votes.
