The board separately approved renewal of cyber liability coverage with Travelers for $16,041, with no change from the prior year; both renewals were authorized to be executed by the Superintendent with The Seltzer Group as Broker of Record.
District Solicitor Nicholas A. Quinn called attention to the LERTA public meeting scheduled for June 11 at 6:00 PM in the High School Auditorium and thanked the board for reappointing him as District Solicitor for his 38th year.
