The board approved a slate of facility uses for spring and summer activities, including a Llewellyn Parent Club event, high-school club meetings, the drama club spring musical (Mar. 20–22), a Band & Choir concert (May 4), and a girls' youth basketball camp (June 2–5). The motion to approve these uses was made by Albert D. Marazas and carried on a voice vote.
The board also addressed extracurricular-pay items: it rescinded a previously approved $2,840 assistant-softball salary for Katie Carr, then approved assistant softball coaches for the 2024/25 season—Katie Carr and Michael Mistishen at $1,420 each and Megan Wolfe as a volunteer—and approved James Deichert as a volunteer assistant track & field coach. The minutes note prorating language if state-mandated closures shorten seasons.
