Board President Kevin Wigoda led the roll call vote; all members voted in favor.
The resolution also authorized execution of a bond purchase agreement with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and "such other agreements, certificates, instruments and documents necessary in connection with the issuance of the Bonds." Next steps include executing the purchase agreement and finalizing financing documents through the district solicitor and financial advisors.
