The Minersville Area School District board on March 27 authorized the Business Manager to sign a renewal contract with the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) for the Financial Information System (FIS) fund accounting and personnel modules for the 2024–2025 fiscal year. Albert D. Marazas moved the FIS renewal; Jessica McGrath seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Marazas said the board should renew the FIS contract “for the Financial Information System's (FIS) fund accounting and personnel modules for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.” The minutes do not state the contract dollar amount.
The board also approved renewal of the Primero Edge cafeteria point-of-sale subscription for 2024–2025 at $2,385.00 (motion by Cynthia Lubinsky, seconded by Michael Andruchek). In addition, the board approved several adjustments and additional transportation runs with Earl Renninger, Inc., specifying run IDs and daily rates (for example, an M25 Kulpmont run at $73.00 per day and an M25 North Schuylkill update at $126.00 per day).
