The Montour School District Board approved the Treasurer’s Report through January 2025 at its Feb. 20 meeting, recording year-to-date General Fund revenues of $64,195,324.88 and expenditures of $43,180,654.40. Director of Finance Anna Borsos presented detailed cash and investment balances, including multiple one-year FNB certificates of deposit and a PSDLAF balance of $3,929,702.21.
The board also ratified payment schedules and approved bills for the General Fund (bills to be approved $4,421,248.07; bills to be ratified $1,329,618.40). President Kenneth Barth added a tabled item authorizing advertisement for bids for air conditioning units and suppliers for David E. Williams Middle School; that motion carried on roll call with "All Present Voted 'YES.'"
