Montour board appoints WBK Law Firm as solicitor and names special real-estate tax counsel

The Montour School District Board appointed WBK Law Firm to serve as the district solicitor and approved Dodaro, Matta and Cambest, P.C. as Special Counsel for real estate tax matters during the Dec. 5 re-organization meeting. Mrs. Morrow made the motion to appoint WBK Law Firm as Solicitor; Mr. Dudash seconded, and the board approved the motion by roll-call vote.
Mrs. Morrow subsequently moved to appoint Dodaro, Matta and Cambest, P.C. as Special Counsel for real estate tax issues; Mr. Galiyas seconded that motion and the board again approved the appointment by unanimous roll call. Both firms were entered into the minutes as the district's legal representatives for their respective roles.
