Director of Human Resources Susan Sinicki presented a comprehensive personnel slate that the board approved Jan. 16. Actions included multiple long‑term professional substitute appointments (with daily rates listed at $150/day and contractual step information), support staff substitutions and changes of status, leaves of absence for several teachers, and resignations.
The board also approved establishing an ESL Coordinator position with accompanying job description and authorized a $2,000 stipend for Kylee Crawshaw to serve in that role effective Jan. 17, 2025. All personnel motions passed by roll call with every present member voting "YES."
