Montour School Board elects Kenneth Barth as president

At its Dec. 5, 2024 re-organization meeting, the Montour School District Board unanimously elected Kenneth Barth as board president after Mr. Hutter nominated him and the board closed nominations by motion; Barth accepted the position.
Kenneth Barth was elected president of the Montour School District Board of School Directors at the district's re-organization meeting on Dec. 5, 2024. Mr. Hutter nominated Mr. Barth for the position; after no other nominations were offered, Mr. Galiyas moved to close nominations and the roll call recorded "All Present Voted "Yes for Mr. Barth"."
The vote carried and Mr. Barth accepted the presidency. The election took place during a short meeting called to order at 6:02 p.m. in Room #361 of the District Administrative Offices. The minutes record the action as a formal motion and roll-call approval.
