President Kenneth Barth presented the reports and moved approval; Mr. Dudash seconded the motion and the roll call recorded all present voting "YES."
Board officials said the calendar was approved "as per the attachment," and no substantive changes to the proposed schedule were recorded in the minutes. The formal approvals concluded the meeting's opening business and cleared the agenda for financial and operational reports that followed.
