Montour board approves $49,100 Babbel subscription paid with Title funds; signs multiple pupil‑services agreements

During the reports portion of the June 19 meeting, the board approved multiple agreements to support pupil services and professional development. The subscription with Babbel for language professional development was approved to begin July 14, 2025 at a total cost of $49,100 to be paid from Federal Title funding.
Superintendent Dr. Christopher Stone presented the pupil‑services agreements for the upcoming school year, which included a Memorandum of Understanding with Crisis Center North, a Letter of Agreement with the Human Services Administration Organization (HSAO) for the Student Assistance Program (SAP), a JMS Counseling contract, and a Pressley Ridge Family Counseling Center school‑based outpatient MOU. The board also approved an MOU with the Allegheny Intermediate Unit to provide Title III services for 2025‑26.
The reports and associated agreements were moved, seconded and approved by roll call with all present voting yes.
