Montour board signs off on bills, ratifications and February budget transfers

The Montour School District Board approved the payment and ratification of multiple bills and a set of February 2025 budget transfers at its March 20 meeting. Director of Finance Anna Borsos presented totals for the General Fund bills: $3,238,657.56 to be approved and $2,106,412.52 to be ratified, as well as items in other funds (Cafeteria Fund ratified $182,365.80).
Borsos also detailed transfers proposed in February 2025, including $85,000 and $105,392 moved from vehicle/diesel accounts into vehicle operating services for capital equipment replacement, and a $71,000 reallocation from Autistic Support to Life Skills and Emotional Support professional services. The board approved the package by roll call.
