Board recognizes booster groups for 2025–26 and adds girls flag football

Director of Athletics Lou Cerro presented the board with the district’s booster groups for the 2025–26 school year and sought approval to add Girls Flag Football to the list.
The board approved the roster of booster organizations—including Boys and Girls Basketball, Football, Swimming and Diving, Montour Band, Montour Theater and Montour Hockey—and carried an addendum to include Girls Flag Football for 2025–26. The motion passed on a unanimous roll call vote. The athletic department will coordinate booster recognition and oversight with the district’s booster policy.
Booster recognition enables parent and community organizations to support team activities and fundraising under district oversight.
