The Montour School District Board approved two operations and facilities items during the Aug. 21 meeting.
Director of Operations Darryl Yonkers presented a budgeted QuestMark purchase to repair a 5th‑grade bathroom at David E. Williams (DEW) at a cost of $10,117; the board voted to approve the work. Separately, Director of Transportation Brian Churovia presented a request to purchase a replacement diesel pump for the bus garage from Total Tank Works LLC at a cost of $12,800; that purchase was approved as part of the Transportation Report and carried on a unanimous roll call vote.
Both purchases were identified as budgeted items in the meeting packet. The business office will process vendor contracts and payments in accordance with district procurement procedures.
